This Privacy Policy describes the privacy practices of Bath Fitter Distributing inc. and its subsidiaries, , and affiliates but excluding the Bath Fitter independly owned and operated franchisees (collectively and/or individually, "Bath Fitter", "our", or "we"). We collect the names, phone number, email and zip code of our customers who completed our online form for a free consultation. Additionally, we may collect your purchase history, billing addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and other digital contact information. We use service providers to offer financial products, such as Wells Fargo, Snap, Greensky, Aqua Finance, Fortiva & Genesis Creditloans/financings. Tracking Tools We Use

Controlling Our Tracking Tools

The Free Consultation is an optional form to fill out if you are interested in a Bath Fitter product. You do not have to fill out the form to browse our website online. When filling out the form, you are asked for personal information such as your name, address, phone number and email address that you select. This information may be used to help our sales representatives contact you to answer any questions or provide you with a free consultation appointment.
